Do I need to ship my existing mold to you for reference?

Usually, no. We maintain a comprehensive technical database covering over 80% of global blow molding machine brands (including Sidel, Krones, Sipa, Tech-Long). Simply provide your machine model and brand, and we can accurately match the mold interface dimensions without needing the physical sample.

I have a bottle concept but no technical drawings. Can you help?

Absolutely. We offer full "Preform-to-Bottle" engineering services. Whether you have a specific preform and need a bottle design, or you need us to recommend the optimal preform weight for your new bottle, our R&D team handles the structural analysis and 3D modeling for you.

Do you provide spare parts, and are they easy to install?

Yes. Every mold ships with a Critical Spare Parts Kit (O-rings, screws, wearing parts). Furthermore, all our mold cavities and cores are manufactured with high-precision CNC to ensure 100% Interchangeability. If you need a replacement part in the future, we can ship it immediately based on your mold's digital ID.

What represents your warranty and after-sales support?

We construct our molds using vacuum-hardened S136 steel, guaranteed for millions of shots. We offer a 2-Year Warranty on core components. Additionally, we provide Lifetime Remote Technical Support--our engineers are available via video conference to assist with parameter settings and troubleshooting.

What is the typical lead time for a mold project?

We understand that speed is profit. Standard lead times are 3-4 weeks for Blow Molds and 5-6 weeks for Preform Molds after design confirmation. Throughout the process, we provide Weekly Visual Reports (photos & videos), so you can track your mold's machining status in real-time.
